Peer Review Process
The review is strictly blind.
First Step: A paper is sent to a professional in the area discussed in the paper with the review guide which the reviewer uses as a model for scoring. The Paper is then sent to the author to consider suggestions and critics by the reviewer. The paper then goes to the editorial board for final decision on the publishability of the paper. It means that the editorial board makes the final decision before publication.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
