Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Law Journal

This is edition of our Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University Law Journal is a special edition. It commemorates the 25th anniversary of the founding of the Faculty. In order to memorialise this milestone, we respectfully present this specially crafted issue for the consideration of both the professional and academic community. This issue contains carefully selected and curated papers on contemporary legal issues divided into the following thematic areas:- Administration of Justice, Company And Tax Law, Gender Rights and Equality, International Law, Jurisdiction and Access To Justice, and New Developments in Law. The papers published under each of these thematic areas contain incise analysis of the law. Most of the papers travel outside the old, regular, beaten path of formal orthodoxy and suggest fresh perspectives and new solutions to extant problems. With every sense of humility, the editor is bold to assert that this current issue of the Journal will for a long time, remain a collector’s treasured piece.
